Professional Experience:

Have more than 12 years of experience working on program designing, program implementation and program management focusing on child survival, community health and HIV prevention among most at risk populations, especially in urban settings. Also have vast experience of designing M&E systems and carrying out the associated tasks and point evaluation of vertical health programs and action oriented research are the areas of my core competency.

I have worked with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Baltimore on National Health Services Performance Assessment in 34 provinces of Afghanistan (2004-05) with focus on data management and capacity building for Ministry of Public Health, Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Education:

Doctoral Degree awarded in 2008 in Psychology, topic of research being association of extrinsic/intrinsic factors on coping mechanisms of HIV victims.
