I have 5 years of fieldwork experiences in the various sectors- health, sanitation, education, human trafficking, agriculture and livelihood. The groups I have worked with are- children, women, sex workers, dalits, tribal and specially abled persons. I have also been a member of various clubs & organizing team in Tata Institute of Social Sciences. I was also a part of many projects both at state and national level (funded by international organizations). I organized an one week of awareness program on child marriage under the UNDP project. I was selected for scholarship by UNESCO in association with The Energy & Resource Institute (TERI) to participate in a workshop training on Sustainable Development Training, attended a training on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) organized by Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), participated at National Conference on child rights organized by NLUJAA in collaboration with UNICEF & many more. Also took training on Neuro Linguistic Programming & Transactional Analysis.The skills I possess are- leadership, project management, data interpretation, data analysis, research, community organizing, time management, survey research, focus discussion and participatory rural appraisal. The IT skills are- Microsoft word and Microsoft Power Point.

Right now I am pursuing my final semester in Masters of Arts in Social Work specialization in Community Organization and Development Practice (MASW-CODP) from Tata Institute Of Social Sciences. I have also my Bachelors in Social Sciences from the same institute. I have participated in the various workshops and training sessions. I also hold interest in the field of clinical psychology. I have two dissertations that I worked upon- "Homelessness and Mental Health" and "Situational Analysis of Acid Attack Crimes"
