• Director (Project Management), Mathura (2016 - Present) - Project Management of 80 Telecom & IT projects.
• Head, Law Enforcement Agency Unit in J&K (2011- 2016)
* As the Commanding Officer of the unit, was responsible for Administration, HR intervention, Diversity Management, Training & Development and Performance appraisal of 1000 personnel. Led a team of 60 junior leaders (case managers & group facilitators) and direct-care troops. Developed and maintained strong community alliances with higher headquarters and external welfare agencies. Management of spatially separated 10 sub units located in mountainous High Altitude (8000 ft high) terrain with inclement weather conditions.
* Facilitated supportive services/counselling for family members of soldiers to address their special concerns like personal development, welfare activities, recreation, marital discord issues and work-life balance. Forged community connections between senior leaders, junior leaders, troops and their families to build a strong sense of belongingness.
* Developed weekly value driven training and welfare group programs, evaluation and implementation modalities. Designed and implemented creative group programs benefiting soldiers and their families (aged 20 to 55) and enhancing their social skills and self-esteem. Formulated policies on training, administration, welfare activities and auditing procedures.
* Developed proposal and delivered infrastructure in coordination with higher headquarters for construction of single accommodation for 300 soldiers, improvement in family accommodation and facility management.
* Headed the environment and ecology development sub-committee in station. Formulated action plan and implemented environmental awareness and ecological development group activities.
• Joint Director (Project Management) for Strategic Telecom Network at Delhi (2007-2011) - Steered Project Management of Strategic Backbone Communication Network of Indian Army worth more than 500 Crore INR and its AMC worth 50 Crore INR.
• Senior Operations Officer (Communications) (North Kashmir) (2003-2005) - Head of team for administration, planning and operation of telecommunication for incident response teams in hostile environment in North Kashmir Valley. Work Force planning and Competency Mapping of approximately 250 personnel in hostile work environment. Collaborated closely with interdisciplinary team members on development of appropriate case plans meeting individual needs of troops. Motivated program participants to enhance their academic qualifications and skill-set.
• Junior Operations Officer (Administration, HR and Security) (1997-2003) - In charge of administration and security of unit and its outstation teams located in inclement weather conditions and inhospitable terrain in North Eastern Zone of India (Sikkim). Managed Strategic Army backbone communication and IT network on Western Borders from 2000 to 2003.
