i. Feb 2016 - Presently: Working as HR Coordinator and Program Support where in key areas of responsibility include end-to-end management of HR Functions (Recruitment/Induction/T&D/Attendance and Database), responsible for ISO certification and audit, end-to-end management of short duration exchange programs and lastly responsible for school relationships (150+ pan India)

Responsible for all HR and IR (labour laws) functions for the organization (Legal Compliance's i.e. PF/ESI/Contract Labour, Recruitment,Induction, T&D, Performance Evaluation, Database Management, Compensation, Attendance Management, Labour Welfare programs, ISO)
iii. August 2010 - Feb 2013: Lecturer for Master's program students where in key functions involved delivering lectures, research activities and thesis guidance to students, placements coordination, curriculum planning/course designing and lastly administration work
