Professional Experience: |
Communication specialist, 10 years experience, currently working with leading Ernst & Young for Ministry of Rural Development project towards skilling rural youth for wage linked employment. As part of the project, led the behaviour change mandate to create nudges linked to induce higher programme uptake and create positive perception in the minds of the employer community. Written 2 research papers as part of the project. Research papers published by ADB. Conducted highly successful pilot on Mobilization in Assam's rural districts, covering 12 villages. Empanelled 2 agencies through RFP, Terms of Reference written by me. Developed strategy and communication roadmap for Ministry's DDU-GKY programme, and supervised rollout of collaterals developed as part of the project. Currently, also working for NSDC on several projects. Previously worked for global advertising networks in India and Dubai post my MBA in marketing. Wish to further my career in the social communication space.

Affiliations and Achievements: |
1. Written behavioural research paper on gender mainstreaming and social inclusion. Paper focused on delving into indicators of exclusion and desired impact of inclusion through social measures. 2. Developed a skill demand analysis in 8 states to offer insights on improving women participation in the workforce by creating employment opportunities within the state Both of the above outputs were based on a 3000 respondent sample research conducted as part of my project in EY, funded by ADB for the Ministry of Rural Development. The research was within my scope of work for the project and was conducted through IPSOS India, an agency empanelled by me.
