•Water & Waste Water Management professional with nearly 35 years of experience in Project Management, Operations & Maintenance and Planning of Sewerage Schemes (STPs ,SPSs and allied works)
•Lastly associated with Delhi Jal Board, New Delhi as Executive Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical); the utility is responsible for providing & maintaining Drinking Water Supply and sewerage services to the entire Metro City (Delhi)
•Successfully led all projects through aggressive project governance processes; presented changes, issues, risks and contingency plans to Committees while collaborating with other Project Managers to balance project resources, schedules and scope
•Skilled in managing the operations of a Wastewater Treatment Plant to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, procedures and reporting practices to enhance organisational effectiveness
•Experienced in maintaining functionality of several Electrical and Mechanical equipment such pumps, motors HT/LT Switchgear systems, and other allied E&M equipment related to STPs & SPSs
•Professional excellence in ensuring that the staff is up-to-date with all CPCB and State(DPCC) Regulations and Environmental Guidelines including Consent to Operate, Consent to Establish, CESS matters, Quality Parameters

Key Result Areas:
• Planned and designed dozens of projects/schemes & engaged in Contract Procurement/Management for Sewage Treatment Plant and Pumping Station Projects that was related to new construction as well as rehabilitation/upgrading of existing Waste Water Treatment Plants that had valued from US $10 to US $300 Million
• Engaged in Contract Management for Mega Projects related to sewerage and water; contributed in Facilities Management for the city’s Waste Water (Sewage) Treatment Plant Projects as well as Pumping Stations including Water Treatment Plants and related Pumping Stations
• Prepared / checked /Planned schemes related to Waste Water (Sewage) Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations from DJB (Delhi Govt.’s) own funding as well as JICA (for YAP-II & III Projects) and under JnNURM
• Coordinated the Energy Efficiency Improvement Programmes in the organisation, for Investment Grade Energy Audits of STPs and SPSs
• Spearheaded a team of Middle/Junior Level Engineers and large work force for the organisation related to Waste Water Treatment Plants and Pumping Management
• Contributed in Planning, Construction (Project Management i/c Supervision) and Operation & Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants & Pumping Station Facilities of DJB
• Managed Planning Division (Sewerage E&M Works) for the entire Sewage Wing (SDW) of Delhi Jal Board wherein Checked estimates, justified costs
