I started my career as Research officer at Advanced Centre for Women's Studies. I worked in a Project on Early and Child Marriage in India. I worked in the project for three years 2015-18. The project was based on "theory of Change"; mapping outcome through feminist approach to M&E. Having experience in Research I have also worked as a consultant for Documentation and research from 2018-19. In 2019 June I joined IGSSS as Partnership officer in west zone. I worked on urban poverty thematic and looked after 9 partners organizations in Western region. I have looked after program management, proposal writing, M&E, MIS, Report writings.

Completed Masters in Women's Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in 2015. Before that I have done Masters and Graduation in English Literature from Delhi University.
