Currently working with Aavishkaar as an Manager HR and Admin since February 2018 till date..
Supporting program coordinator with maintaining of documentation and coordination of all training programs and provide administrative Support to the Central team.
Handling Aavishkaar’s HR and Admin work (including recruitment) and approaching CSR Departments of various firms in the Corporate Sector for financial grants.
Liaison with government officials including State Project Director (SPD) and handling block level teacher training programs conducted by Aavishkaar through District Institute of Education & Training (DIET), discussing honorarium and following up for release of payments. These programs are designed to train teachers in developing critical and innovative thinking among children and make learning a simplified fun activity.
Logistics handling of Residential Camp Workshops for children in Aavishkaar like Hamaari Pi Cycle (residential camp) and Pi-Safari (residential camp). This includes launching of the workshops on social media, inviting applications, collection of applications, fees collection, scholarship management (in case of underprivileged kids), arrangement of travel and accommodation for visiting children, taking classroom sessions of kids which include “Design Challenge” session and conducting games and energising sessions.
Partnership building by acting as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients of Aavishkaar which include DIET Dharamshala, DIET Shimla, Teach for India Foundation, Agastya International Foundation, Tibet Government and Nari Gunjan. Collaborating with them for their future training requirements and nurturing Aavishkar’s relationship with them for business growth.
