• Management of SocietyFunds,including- Disbursement of funds to implementing agencies.
- Observance of accounting procedures.
- Preparation of Statement of Expenditure (SOE)
- Ensuring compliance with audit requirement as per the Society Bye-laws.
- Submission of all reports to GOI as per requirement
• Development of operational manuals for management of funds in the State Society, District Societies and facility level Societies (e.g. Hospital Management Societies.

• Development of system and procedures for efficient functioning of the State Society and development of similar “model” guidelines for district and facility level societies.

• Training of staff of the State and District Societies in using operational manuals/guidelines.

• Management of resources of the State Society, procurement of assets for and on behalf of the Society.

• Assisting the Mission Directorate for improvement of financial management systems and cost analysis.

• Overseeing all District Accounts Assistants/Consultants.

• Undertaking such other assignments, which may be assigned by the society from time to time.

• Management of District Health Society’s Funds including ensuring adherence to timely Audits, issue & submission of Utilization certificates, Expenditure statement compilations & its submissions, adherence to established accounting system.

• Assist in the implementation and operation of e-banking initiatives with regard to grant release and expenditure monitoring.

• Assist in the implementation and operation of Public Finance Management System (PFMS) initiatives with regard to grant release and expenditure monitoring.

Note:-Successfully implement the PFMS in Delhi all the staff trained for EAT module DBT reports generation. Now RNTCP staff is trained for DBT of Nutrition Support to TB patient in Delhi through Nikshey and PFMS. Ministry to Ministry linkage and PAO to Ministry linkage of PFMS are also done.
Apart of this i also handle the work of Administration and Procurment in the society
Education:
I had B. com Graduate along with Master of Business administration (Finance). The MBA was cleared in first class.
Affiliations and Achievements:
In my current Job i had successfully implemented the E-office and PFMS software of Govt of India in all Delhi State.
Procument was done as per requirement as per need of Programme.
I had successfully recruit the accounts functionary of all district in Delhi.
In absence of administrative head all the administration work handled successfully.
