Professional Experience: |
•I worked as a Project Trainee in Oncquest Laboratories, Delhi, funded by Biotech Consortium of India Limited, Department of Biotechnology, Government of India from January 2012 to July 2012 and submitted a project named “Role of HPV in Cervical Cancer” as a part of completion of the training. Apart from experiencing industrial training, I was fortunate to get an insight into the ground realities and how cervical cancer has crippled the society, affecting mostly women both in rural and urban areas. I carried out a detailed study about the causative agents, treatment modalities and the preventive measures. However, the most important truth that I found out from the study is the approach to deal with this social hazard is not only physiological but also a mind changing, consciousness expanding endeavor.
•I worked as a Summer Intern in the month of May,2011 in Department of Biotechnology, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati and submitted a report titled "Genetic Transformation of Cowpea".
•Later, I undertook the preparation of Civil Services Examination, conducted by U.P.S.C which continued for a few years.
