Over the years I have worked extensively in the field of Teacher Education, Large Scale Assessments and Curriculum Development.
I have developed various competency frameworks for large scale assessments as well as designed and conducted various capacity building exercises for stakeholders in the education sector ranging from school teachers and teacher educators at DIETS and SCERTS to education officers.
My on the job experience has helped me develop a good understanding of the public education system in our country and the opportunities and challenges that exist in bringing about a change in the current scenario.
