I have 2 years experience in Program Management serving in Social Sector at challenging positions with NGOs in the field of Capacity Building, Skill Development, Education and Sanitation.
I am a highly-motivated individual to play a role in developmental programs for the vulnerable sections of the society. I have always been serving at such roles which require me to work in collaboration with the senior management, head of departments and head of state chapters/ branches, thus, it has helped me in developing my communication skills accordingly.
As testified by one of my previous employers, I am an excellent knack for doing in-depth research. Being a quick learner, I have always been conferred such responsibilities by my seniors which require immediate action in mission mode, usually to deal with a disorderly state of an ongoing project or programme.
I have served as a representative and single point contact in empanelment or project proposal presentations for my organization. Also, I have served as Nodal Office of Partner organization for BSE Sammaan platform and have led the program to register more than 170 NGOs/VOs in a short span of 3 months leading to fund raising for the organization.

I have managed and effectively executed financial and administrative tasks related to the programmes I have been involved in last 1.5 years.
I have led a team in conceptualizing and organizing Capacity Building Programs for representative of Voluntary Organizations where I have delivered presentations on the ongoing projects of our organization.
