Experience of over 9 years working for various international donor agencies for various health programs. Last full time assignment was with FHI 360 as RMNCH+A Consultant where supported strengthening of Maternal health services in selected high priority districts.
For over 6 years have worked for RNTCP program under WHO RNTCP Technical Assistance Project (WRTAP) supporting implementation and management of Tuberculosis control program where successfully implemented new strategies under the program in assigned districts.
Initiated my public health carrier working for Bill & Melinda Gates AVAHAN project with Population Services International for 2 years 6 months supporting capacity building of franchised Health Care Professionals (HCP) in syndromic management of Sexually Transmitted Infections in 6 districts of Maharashtra.
Clinical experience: Worked as Medical Officer managing emergencies in casualty and ICU, participating in camps, working at Research Associate and training nursing staff in emergency management (first aid) of Myocardial Infarction.
