Professional Experience:
I bring with me more than 15 years of work experience in emergency relief response and development projects at national and international level. Of which, 10 years was fulltime experience in monitoring and program quality assurance, managing MIS and M&E systems, conducting impact evaluation and thematic research, documentation and reporting, managing partnership with NGOs, government officials and donors. In the past, I had supported the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Embassy of Japan in India and SPARC to establish and strengthen their MEL systems, procedures and tools. I am carrying with me in-depth knowledge and expertise in designing and implementing M&E system and procedures for various projects, managing data collection and validation, capturing learnings and reporting of complex and integrated health care, WASH, climate change, disaster risk reduction and livelihoods. Familiar with qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation methodology and tools. I am well versed in providing capacity building and knowledge management trainings to project staff, volunteers and implementing partners for smooth and high-standard MEL compliances. I have proven ability to lead and manage teams, work collaboratively and coordinate with multi-stakeholder and direct technical assistance to partners and program teams.
