Also served as Manager (Administration) in the same District Hospital from 2006 to 2011 wherein number of Infrastructural &Developmental Projects was undertaken such as implementation of HMIS (e-Aarogya) across entire Union Territory, Upgradation and Expansion of hospital, Setting up Emergency cum Trauma Unit. O.T., Imaging Centre including Medical Gas Manifold System and Maternity Wards.

State Programme Manager/RCH Consultant : 04/2016 to 02/2020 at National Health Mission (NHM), Dadra & Nagar Haveli U.T.Policies for Maternal & Child Health & Infrastructure Development. Finalize Project Implementation Plan (PIP) with Dissemination& Analysis of approvals its implementations across three Districts. Extensive Reports and Data Handling, Supervisory Field visits for monitoring and Evaluation of program implementation and outcomes with implementation of CSS/PM/UT schemes. Additional responsibility for implementation of Ayush alternative system of medicine for three districts.

Administrative Officer & Programme Officer : Served as Administrative Officer at Educational Health Care College from 2013 to 2014 and in same health care setup as Programme Officer for rolling out HMIS Project in the UT in 2015-2016.
Education:
Bachelors in Physiotherapy with distinction.
Masters in MBA with specialization in Human Resource and MBA in Health Care Administration.
