Developed necessary documentation such as Project proposals, Concept notes, progress reports, event reports, Process documents finance-related documents, etc. Have played a crucial role in the implementation of projects across the implementation geography of 11 blocks and up to 9000 children as direct beneficiaries and 10000+ indirect beneficiaries. Conceptualized, Planned, and organized Training events and workshops at District and Block Levels. Managed an annual budget of 3cr rupees and monitored the spending of the same, maintained necessary documentation, and complied with Internal and External Audit processes. Monitored and gave Feedback on the implementation of projects by implementation partners and ensured necessary project-related documentation by partners
