Responsibilities as Technical Program Manager

To provide Technical and Managerial Support to the Adolescent Department
Planning and timely delivery of work to meet project objectives

2) Day to day management, planning, and implementation of projects of Adolescent department programmes, specially Stream 2 Project(dealing with providing CSE(Comprehensive Sexuality Education) to the Very Young Adolescents (10-14 years)and LGBTQIA+ Youth(15-24 years)

3)Supportive supervision and monitoring visit to branches

4) Effectively co-ordinate with the branch and project teams to achieve the desired project objectives in a timely manner

5) Project and program reporting, documentation quarterly, six monthly as and when required and making of descriptive or narrative reports

6) Facilitate and follow up with respective branches for monthly and quarterly reports

7) Undertake the capacity building of Project Team, as and when required

8) Co-ordinate and facilitate events/programme/workshops organized with reference to the project with the concerned branches

9) Interacting with the Project Donor and presenting Project status in the Experience Sharing Meetings of Donor

10) Conducting online meetings with the concerned Project implementation branches to track the project status with respect to the Activities, Budget and Timelines

11)Ensure the conduction of the project as per Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and within the agreed budget and minimize Variances if any

12)Ensure Identification and Development of success stories , case studies and good practices from the field or outreach activities and highlighting it in Project Narrative or Descriptive Reports

13) Identification of suitable activities or events to be highlighted on the different Social Media handles for further enhancing the project visibility

Responsibilities as Project Coordinator (Fortification )

Implementation of the Double Fortified Salt(DFS) and Fortified Rice(FR) Program in Madhya Pradesh-To support the Government of Madhya Pradesh in increasing the coverage and improving the quality of Food Fortification Program
Key Roles-
1) Review and Field Monitoring of the program
2) Liaison with division and district officials and doing program related advocacy for overall implementation, co-ordination, monitoring and supervision of the project
3) Capacity building of Government staff and other stakeholders-Organizing of training for state, districts and block level officials for different departments
4) Reporting (Monthly Progress Report and Quarterly Report) and Data Analysis
5) Ensure Identification and Development of success stories and case studies from field
6) Ensure conduction of the project as per Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and within the agreed budget and minimize Variances
7) Team Handling-Handling a team of 10 Divisional Coordinators and ensuring reports submission on time
8) Share the key findings of Monitoring Visits with the Technical Partner in the monthly review meetings
9) Participate in other relevant government program at the state and division level for promotion of Double Fortified Rice (DFS) and Fortified Rice (FR) program
