As part of the summer internship programme at IRMA, accepted an offer to work at Dharma Life in Delhi. With a vision to build a sustainable business that can be replicated globally for poverty alleviation, Dharma Life identifies & trains village-level entrepreneurs and makes socially relevant products & services available to them. Had a wonderful learning experience and accepted a Pre-Placement Offer to join the same as a management trainee.
Over the last 2 years, have been an integral part of organization's rapid growth. At a time when the focus was on products and channel development, accepted the challenge of driving the Clean Energy portfolio and made it the largest Category in Dharma Life. To supplement the same, launched an award-winning campaign which in its third edition is now set to touch 3 lakh people in partnership with reputed names such as Tata Trust, Shell Foundation, The World Bank Group and Pratham Books.
Understanding the need to fine-tune the last-mile delivery mechanism which will drive a new channel for the organization, accepted a challenging role to lay the foundations for a revolutionary distribution model which is now a GIZ-funded project in association with India Post.
And finally as the focus has slowly shifted to services and projects, have been managing some of the most important strategic initiatives, projects and clients of the organization. The clients include some of the most reputed names in the development sector.
Thus, have clearly demonstrated the judgement to predict new business opportunities, willingness to take up challenging roles and maturity to manage multiple teams during this stint.
Prior to MBA, did a short stint with a software solutions provided for internet equipment manufacturers. A core-IT job, it involved designing fail tests and managing client requirements. Was selected as the 'Most Promising Employee' during the annual idea exchange programme.

Post Graduate in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA)- class of 2013-15. Passed out with excellent grades and a strong commitment to grass root development programmes.
Prior to that, completed graduation in Computer Engineering from Amrita School of Engineering, Bangalore- class of 2008-12. Secured the merit certificate for highest marks in the branch at the university-level.
Have consistently had an impeccable academic record- selected in 2006 for the prestigious National Talent Scholarship.
