Ajish played a vital role in coordinating efforts for the Baalswaraj Portal under NCPCR, providing support to children affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Before his stint at NCPCR, Ajish served as a Coordinator at CHILDLINE-1098, Salaam Baalak Trust, from March 5, 2015, to December 30, 2018. I am Mr. Ajish. I.R, a dedicated professional with a robust educational background and eight years of experience in the field of social work. My academic journey began with a Bachelor's in Economics from Kerala University, University College, Trivandrum, where I laid the foundation for my passion for community development. Subsequently, I pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in Community Development at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri, India, from 2010 to 2012, achieving a commendable CGPA of 7.43/10.00.
During my master's program, I delved into the intricacies of community development through my thesis titled "The Watershed development Programme of NABARD: A study among the beneficiaries of Pezumpala Watershed in Nemmara, Grampanchayath, Palakkad District." This research not only showcased my academic prowess but also reflected my commitment to addressing real-world challenges at the grassroots level.
To complement my academic knowledge, I actively participated in various professional certifications and training programs.
