1. Head of iMOVE Office in India (www.imove-germany.de) since January 2016 till date

iMOVE stands for International Marketing of Vocational Education and Training, Made in Germany. The Project aims at creating awareness on Principles of Duality in Vocational Education and Training in India. Our target audience are Government of India and the Private Sector. We identify the VET needs in Indian Institutions (both Government of India and Private sector) and identify the right German Partners to jointly create and facilitate an VET ecosystem (Skill Development ecosystem in Indian Context).

The Industry is encouraged to take lead in The Industry will be supported to identify their skill needs, train their trainers, create curricula, create contents, upgrading technologies, creating in-company training facilities, capacity to assess the training and then provide appropriate certificates recognised by both Government of India as well as the Industry Association.

Currently iMOVE is facilitating several projects by for Government of India (Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Department of Heavy Industries - Ministry of Heavy Industries and with State Government of Uttar Pradesh) and in discussion with several CSR Foundations who are providing Skills, several private Skill development Training Centres to upgrade their capacity by creating partnerships with German Training Providers.

2. At ZDH / SEQUA Partnership Project: (www.sequa.in) from January 2006 to February 2017

The Project aimed at "Poverty Reduction" in India - by building capacities of Business Membership Organisations (BMOs) working for MSMEs to enhance employment opportunities and Economic development in the country. The Project rendered “Capacity Building Advisory services” to create and strengthen the "Vision" of the BMOs, Strategic Planning, Training and Strengthening Income Generation projects for delivering sustainable professional services and guidance to MSMEs in their respective regions.

As sports and fitness enthusiast, I commenced SHAKTI a Self-defense coaching project through Taekwon-do – Korean Martial Art for the Poor Girl Children studying in a Government School in New Delhi NCT.
