Professional Experience:
I have been working in Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (RGAVP) from last 2 years as young professional. I have taken the many responsibilities during my 2 years of tenure in RGAVP.I had started my professional life as a cluster in charge in Badliya cluster of Block Anandpuri, Banswara Rajasthan.Major roles and responsibilities as a cluster in charge were following.

• Ensure 100% monthly transaction entries of CBOs (Community Based Organization)
• Ensure grading of CBOs. (SHG, VO, and CDO).
• Timely account opening of SHG and VO.
• Ensure fund disbursement on time to all SHG’s who follow Panchsutra.
• Ensure Preparation of Micro Credit Livelihood Plan (MCLP) by the MCLP Team/ Cadre so that Trench 2 (rupee 110000) can be released.
• Impact assessment of financial inclusion initiative
• Ensure every SHG follow Panchsutra.
• Ensure cadre (Active women, Bank Sakhi, PRP, CRP, MBK etc) payment on time.
• Planning of bookkeepers training by MBKs and ensure its proper implementation.
• Ensure formation of at least 1 SHG per AW per month.
• Formation of CLF (Cluster level federation).
• Bank linkage of 1-year-old active SHGs.
• Mobilization of Youth (Must be a family member of SHG women) for Skill development training.
• Ensure entries of CBOs on MIS.


After successfully completed my term as cluster incharge I became Block Project Manager of Lalsot block in Dausa district. I had initiated the project in block Lalsot. Major roles and responsibilities as a cluster in charge are following.

• All the responsibilities mentioned in responsibilities of a cluster in charge.
• Proper selection of villages for CRP round.
• Conduct CRP round
• Handling all issues related block and taking all responsibility related to the progress of block, liaison with various stakeholders i.e. bankers, sarpanch, and sachiv’s at Gram Panchayat level, B.D.O., S.D.M, RSETI & RSLDC and CEO Collector at block and district level.
• Formation of Self Help Groups (SHG’S) and VO’S (Village Organization) as per target by the Community Resource Person (CRP).
• Ensure participation of SHG members in various Fairs (Like Saras Fair, Jaipur Literature Festival etc) for supporting livelihood activities.
• Promote various livelihood activities like handicraft and handloom in SHG members.
• Ensure inclusion of target groups (Poorest of Poor, SC, ST BPL and marginalized families) into RGAVP fold.
• Ensure training of bookkeepers of Self Help Groups at village, cluster, and district level to ensure good accounting of records.
• Monitoring of SHG’s
• Facilitate credit/ bank linkages of various SHG’s and ensure bank loan to the SHG,s in need for livelihood activities.
• Facilitate filling of Form 6 and Category B for all members of SHG’s and ensure financial and technical sanction and the start of work under MGNERAGA category B.
• Facilitate youth mobilization and training of SHG members and members from their household by collaborating with RSLDC and RSE

• 12th, Commerce (M.P. Board), 2008

Summary of PGDFM
I have done my postgraduate diploma in forestry management (PGDFM) from Indian Institute of Forest Management Bhopal with specialization in development management. My two years of curriculum, include 2 field trips, and 10 weeks of internship. I learned climate change mitigation strategies, Fundamentals of forest management, Fundamentals of Rural development, Fundamentals of Sustainable development, Geographical Information System (GIS), Basic knowledge of energy policies, regulations, programs and other mainstream courses of management at my two years of course.

Summer Internship
I had done my internship from Shayog Clean Milk Harda. The basic target of my internship was to optimize field operations with the help of geographical information system. To fulfill this objective, digitization of every aspect of the organization was necessary. I used QGIS software during my internship.
