After my PhD I worked on the public policy issues such as SME finance, Solid Waste Management and Entrepreneurship in Self Help Groups. I am also the Associate Editor of South Asian Journal of Management. To summaries I have expertise in research, writing and training and policy designing, monitoring, evaluation and implementation.

I have done my PhD from the India Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore on the Behavioural Aspects of Opportunity recognition, evaluation and implementation of entrepreneurs. Previous to my doctoral program I have done my post graduation in Business administration with a distinction in Mathematical papers. My under-graduation is in the Mathematics. I had a brief stint in Japan as a short term research fellow.
