Professional Experience: |
Within the span of my professional career, I have worked full-time with reputed organizations, namely, IL&FS Clusters, HCL InfoTech Ltd, Centum Learning and NIFT Gandhinagar at Leadership roles. My Core Competencies are Strategic Enablement, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, Analytical documentation of Business Operations, Project Design and execution.
Since Last 3 years I have been working on short term contract assignments on free lance consultancy basis with different organizations namely Save the Children India, NRLM, Sutra Consultancies and few others.
In the last 22 years I have closely worked with Academics, Corporate business, Government, Non Government and non-mainstream stake holders, while leading teams and projects focused at Industrial Cluster development, micro enterprises, social interventions, skill development, capacity building, big ticket training, livelihood and communications.
In 2014, I co-founded a social enterprise called Kahaanighar, in Patna where we share our own experiential learning through the nuances of storytelling and design thinking ideologies, while supporting basic education and upbringing of approximately 100 underprivileged children from our vicinity, on everyday basis. It is a self funded Pro-bono activity under Kahaanighar Trust.
I am expecting to have assignments at Senior-Level leadership roles envisaging Program design, Project management, Operations control, diagnostics, documentation, business development, communication, research and Skill/enterprise building, while extending my capacities with Reputed Organizations.
I can Design, Plan, budget, implement, operate, monitor and evaluate project activities, with end to end responsibility while learning with the team and colleagues. I am good at proposal design, report writing and documentation along with a fair understanding of Finance and accounts. I understand the importance of financial accountability, time lines and adherence to stringent guidelines very well at all levels. My erstwhile colleagues and team mates have always appreciated my friendly behavior while I had been very particular at professional deliverables and personal relationships together.
