- Leading one of the workstreams in Pan-Ethiopian Supply Chain Transformation Programme funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
- Developed a leadership case study for UNICEF Supply Division in Copenhagen
-Managed over 600 hours of Capacity Building Training for Mid-Senior level supply chain professionals from more than 45 countries
-Led the development of an online PSM course for UNDP to be circulated free of cost across the globe, in English, French and Russian
-Led Procurement Process with UNRWA Jordan team resulting in savings of USD 5 million over 2 years of procurement cycle
-Developed Quality Assurance Policy for UNRWA adapted from Interagency Guidelines, approved by UNRWA Headquarter
