Professional Experience:
Have 14 years work experience of which 6 years has been with Medecins Sans Frontiers MSF – a noble price recipient international NGO. I joined as a field Logistician and am now Project Coordinator of one of their largest project. I have experience in managing humanitarian aid programs, in areas of conflict zones, medical and natural emergencies around Africa. Areas of expertise include Medical project management, logistics management, HR management, Budget control, supply/ ware house management, security management, transport fleet management, radio communication, ICT, energy, cold chain, civil construction, water sanitation and organizing training programs. Liaison and advocacy. I ensure that my staffs at all times maintain high level of motivation at work in extreme conditions and for longer periods. I have travelled extensively in many parts of the world and easily adapt to different cultures and fit in to teams with members from different countries. I have good leadership and coaching skills.
