Responsible for successful execution of Bihar Government Project- BAGRI on behalf of Indian Gramen Services an affiliate of BASIX Ltd. for DFID in Dist Buxar and. Bhojpur, Bihar from July 2017 to present.
Activities covered under the programme include:
o Played a key role in forming more than 300 Producer Groups in the assigned district
o Formed Dumraon Farmer Producer Company at Dumraon, Buxar.
o Facilitated backward and forward linkage activities of vegetables and Cereals crop ( Wheat linkage to ITC)
o Facilitated various training programme to Producer Group's members
o Facilitated leverage demonstration units from Gov. Institution such as KVK and ATMA
o Timely implementation of project activities within a stipulated time period
o Monitoring and evaluating the performance of different team members
o Preparing MIS and timely submission of Monthly Progress Report (MPR)
Responsible for managing and executing an integrated CSR initiative on behalf of Mrida for Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) in Dist. Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh from May 2015 to June 2017. Over the last more than 2 years, activities covered under the programme include:
Livelihood, Rural Electrification, Digital India, Village Infrastructure Community Mobilisation, Women Empowerment, Health & Hygiene, Education and Agriculture
