I have worked in the field of Market Research and Education for 5 years and 1.5 years respectively, following my Masters in Psychology from Delhi University. My research experience has given me the opportunity to collaborate with various clients on qualitative and quantitative studies. In my role as a researcher I have designed and conducted research to gain insights on socially impactful products such as a water purification device, toilet cleaning product for pit latrines etc. I have conducted research in regions like rural/urban Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana and Pune. As part of these researches among consumers, I have tried to gain insight around their values, aspirations, behavior and attitude towards a product category for product innovation or providing recommendation regarding communication. I have worked on various types of qualitative and quantitative studies like advertising testing, product concept testing, usage & attitude study, secondary research, exploratory study and shopper insight study. Well versed with all the stages of research like writing research proposals, questionnaire design, discussion guide writing, moderation (ethnography, consumer immersions, focus group discussions & depth interviews), involved in writing analysis plans and interpretation of the results, presentation writing and making client presentations. I moved to the field of education around a year back and I love working with children. I am currently looking for work opportunities in the development sector which combines both my research and education experience.
