10 years of work experience in heading Developmental Projects, Health Care Projects & Business Development roles for various reputed organizations. Willing to relocate. My strength lies in execution of projects in strict time line with active stake holder participation. I have expertise in financials, human relations, business development and all aspects of General Management
In the time span of ten years I donned different roles starting as a leader at a Primary Health Centre in the interiors of Orissa to a Medical Officer from Social Services and Family Initiatives for Tata Steel to in charge of Universal Spectacles Project and presently, a Technical Consultant for Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme in IMA for Orissa. For Tata Steel I created rural electrification for twenty villages which have never seen electricity past independence. I lead a team to implement health & hygiene, empowerment & income generation projects in the Sukinda Chromite Mines Area. I led HIV/AIDS & Tuberculosis projects and provided vaccination, microscopy centre for tuberculosis and medical facilities in unreachable hilltop areas. In Philips Electronics my roles varied from Social Activities to supporting a marketing team, in helping them to partner with the best hospitals to test our products and conduct clinical trials, and taking the product successfully for mass scale production. My latest challenge was to train doctors for delivering tuberculosis treatment. Goals for me should be achievable and also challengeable. I had experienced that when I achieve realistic goals I feel energetic and motivated. This gives me immense strength to pursue difficult challenges and this path in turn keeps me always disciplined and down to Earth. Short term goals for me are to achieve the annual targets for my working organization, to keep the smiles alive on the faces of people with whom I work and within my family. Long term goals are to shape and carve a space for myself in changing and showing a progressive path to people in the field of Healthcare. For me, acquiring materialistic things is of no value till I pursue and achieve realistic changes in the future health care management in India. Garlands and Bouquets for me are not important. Being in the limelight is a very small thing for me in return for being able to be a catalyst in the future Health care scenario.
I have done my MBBS from M K C G Medical College Orissa after getting a rank of 6 in Orissa Joint entrance examination and completed my MBBS in 2000. Was Students Union President during my 4th Year MBBS. I did my PG Diploma in Human Rights from Indian Institute of Human Rights.
