Professional Experience:
I have 20 years of experience in Solar Energy sector, both in government agency and private enterprises. I was in Assam Energy Development Agency, Emmvee Solar, ACME and currently in MicroSun Solar Tech Pvt Ltd.

Last four and half years, as Sr. General Manager at MicroSun Solar Tech Pvt. Ltd., my role was organisation building and scale up – setting up offices in North and Eastern India and warehouses, all day-to-day operations, team building, business development, create partners/associates, govt liasioning, event management and led my team to contribute in the attainment of yearly sales of INR 200 Million in PV Module and Roof Top Project Sales. As a P&L head, I was responsible for successful execution and monitor all key Solar Roof Top projects. Some of them were at most difficult locations like exactly on Indo-China border in Leh, Uttaranchal, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh.

I have long experience in procurement, contracting, administration and monitoring from my days in government agency and also in private sector. To describe myself – I am result oriented, passionate, hardworking, proactive, motivated, flexible and have proven ability to multi task. As a person I am an effective communicator with empathy. I believe that the key in communication is to arouse emotions in people. Emotions are more important than logic and I I always place client’s/partner’s needs and their vision of success above my own capabilities and asks pertinent questions to be sure that there is a good fit and ensure that my services can add bone fide value for a client/partner.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed complex business functions/initiatives that include budgeting, expenditure tracking, utilisation certificates, statutory compliances for various taxation, annual audit and achieved exceptional results and achieve numbers.

During last 20 years of my experience, I build and managed strong network in solar industry (developers, EPC, manufacturers – national and international), government agencies (MNRE, SECI, NISE, IREDA, SNAs), regulators, industry bodies, defence establishments, PSUs, railways, national/international NGOs consultants, educational Institutions, funding agencies, microfinance, key political and media persons.

An accomplished strategist and solution-oriented manager, I thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments where my performance directly impacts the KPIs. In addition, I have excellent organizational leadership and decision-making skills that can make an immediate contribution to constantly improve processes, operation and business development.
