? Extensive public health related experience in Armed forces, state government of Uttar Pradesh and international health organizations.
? Have worked as WHO consultant for Revised National Tuberculosis Control Program (RNTCP) from 1999-2007 in UP & Uttarakhand. Have also participated in program in many other states. Extensive knowledge & experience of all the program activities that were going on till 2007.
? Have worked in Leprosy program for approx. 8 Years (SMO Leprosy training centre & District Leprosy Officer & State Trainer ) & have vast experience of all aspects of the program.
? Knowledge of all other health programs is of the level of Additional Director. (Commissionery Level Officer).
? Administration of all health staff of all the three districts under my command.

? Planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluation & feedback of public health programs.
? I believe very much in Innovative interventions & Community participation in program management.
? Public health related trainings & system development have been special areas of my interest.
PERFORMANCE: All my performance appraisal reports have been excellent ie 5/5. Currently I have reports from 1997-1998 to 2015-2016.
