Professional Experience:
I have 13 years of experience in the development sector in the areas of Monitoring & Evaluation,Research, Education, Child Protection, Public Health, DRR, and Livelihoods including Program Implementation. I was part of several major research projects funded by reputed organizations/Institutions like the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), University Grants Commission (UGC), Indian Council for Social Science Research (ICSSR), National University Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA) and Azim Premji Foundation.

I worked as a State Coordinator, in NCOE, KSCH for Telangana. Being a State Coordinator, I lead the program at the state level and ensure all program-related activities are implemented as per timelines in coordination with the field team at the state level (NIN) and national level (NCOE). Perform periodical field visits for monitoring and supporting the teams to ensure the quality of data that has been collected at the field level. Interact with communities and front-line workers frequently. Liaisoning with concerned departments for seeking their required support and smooth implementation of all program-related activities. Facilitate convergence meetings with relevant government authorities by coordinating with UNICEF and ICMR-NIN. Take an active part in providing training to front-line workers (Anganwadi Teachers and ANMs) on the program. Acting as a focal for the documentation and reporting and dissemination of the progress of the program with concerned authorities (both internal and external). Participate in periodical review meetings at state and national levels to share program updates and also seek their support for mid-course corrections (as per requirement) and for effective planning and implementation of the program.

Prior to this, I worked in Save the Children as Knowledge Management Coordinator (KMC) in Telangana and Madhya Pradesh (Hyderabad and Bhopal). While based in Hyderabad, I was the focal point for 4 states i.e., Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu for Knowledge Management. During the tenure, I worked closely with the program team on multi-thematic areas like Education, Health & Nutrition, WASH, DRR, Child Protection, and Child Poverty including Livelihoods funded by institutional organizations like EIDHR, UNHCR and CSR donors like C&A Foundation, Mondelez, BVLGARI, NOKIA, GSK, Santamaria, and IKEA, etc.

Being a KMC, my primary responsibilities broadly fall under different categories i.e., MEAL, MIS, Research, Evaluation, Quality, and Learning and Reporting, and performed different activities under each category.

Briefly, developing M&E Frameworks, project-specific MIS, and data collection tools as per the requirements of projects. Design and deliver measurement and monitoring instruments including quantitative and qualitative tools. Capacity building of teams on MIS-related formats and data collection formats. Analyzing and developing project reports basis on MIS and dissemination of findings with program teams for effective implementation to attain the goals and objectives of the projects. Act as a lead at the state level for conducting baselines, endlines, evaluations, and Research studies by coordinating with National Support Office(NSO).

Besides, perform frequent field visits to project locations for monitoring as well as to support project teams on M&E formats to ensure quality data. Identification of good practices and developing case stories. Dissemination of reports with internal/external stakeholders. Taking an active part in the Quarterly Program Review (QPR) of projects implemented at the state level through coordinating with the National Support Office (NSO). Supporting program teams by providing secondary sources of information for developing proposals etc. In addition to that, I am good at developing the research design and tools (both qualitative and quantitative) and leading evaluations and research
Education:
I obtained PhD in Social Anthropology from Andhra University in 2015. Published several national and international peer-reviewed articles in the areas of development,education and sustainable development.
Affiliations and Achievements:
• Conducted a number of assessments/evaluations (in-house) in the areas of Education, Child Protection, Health & Nutrition, and Livelihoods.
• One of the team members for IKEA internal assessment which is the first ever kind of assessment within Save the Children, India
• Proven ability as one of the best team leaders of the state in the APRESt program of Azim Premji Foundation in Andhra Pradesh
• A research article was accepted for oral presentation at the 17th World Congress(2013), organized by IUAES at Manchester University, UK
