Currently Director Partnerships for Digital Health Interventions in Avegen since Feb 2017 till present. Former Director-Programs for The Humsafar Trust since 2009 until July 2016 and a development consultant. Overlooking all programmatic inputs on HIV prevention and in providing direction to the Advocacy Programs. Keen understanding of working with marginalized groups and delivering programs and services to communities. Involved as a core team member within LGBT community-led projects such as Bombay Dost, Kashish Queer Film festival and Mumbai Pride March. A previous background as a management professional with a 10 years’ post MBA work experience. Graduated as a Fellow of the Indian Class 5 of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. In my previous corporate experience I have served in Sales & Marketing capacity in esteemed organizations such as Samsung,Asian Paints, Watanmal Boolchand. I have worked in the most challenging parts of the world such As Cote D'Ivoire and Democratic Republic of Congo and Central Africa.
