As GM-Operations with a non-profit, i am managing team of about 50 people in several departments including projects, digital, legal, services. These include reporting, fund raising, assisting in financial audits, resource allocation, recruitment, guidance services, CMS management and traffic generation on website, positioning and branding. In Techrock (a startup), I worked as AVP-Operation managing their educational projects. Ran programs for slum children. Managed enrollments, monitoring and evaluation, assessments, reports and developmental process apart from business & strategic planning. Before this i worked in a for-profit organization in education technology. Managed a team of almost 40 people. KRAs included client management, budget allocation, training program, assessments, project management.Corporate communication, client relationship management have been a part of my profile.

A Delhi University Graduate in Applied Science, did my Post Graduation in 2005. In 2015-16 I did a course in Entrepreneurship which helped me manage a startup. Did certifications from Google like Google Analytics & Digital Unlocked.
