2. Exceptional professional grading in Air Traffic Control, capable of multitasking, monitoring and working under pressure.
3. Headed IAF's core team at Air HQ planning, coordinating and managing execution of large infrastructure development project worth INR 1220 Cr (2013-17). Managed time-critical activities to arrest cascading effect of delays and put the project on path of recovery. Ensured successful & timely completion of project at 30 airfields along-
side ground-work for another 40 airfields.
4. Aviation Operations & safety Management. Airport infrastructure development and Maint at three large busy joint user airfields of IAF (2008-13).
5. Jt Dir ATS operations at Air HQ handling ATC equipment Induction, utilization and inventory management (2004-08).
6. In-charge of IAF contingent on UN peace keeping mission in Congo, DR (2004-07).
7. Expertise in Infrastructure development, Project execution and HR management.
8. Excellent communication & negotiation skills and flair for Public Relations. Skilled at team-building and fostering strong working relationships with colleagues, supervisors and subordinates within and outside the organisation.

Schooling from a reputed public schools at Dehradun. Active sportsman and participated in various extra curricular activities.
First Div in B Sc (Physics, Maths and Electronics) from Kurukshetra Univ (1987).
Selected in IAF through SSB in first attempt and commissioned in Adm Br in 1989. Attained highest professional competency category in ATC in 2001 and IAF ATC Examiner since 2008.
Training & development role at IAF Officers' Training Establishment 2002-04. Performance Evaluation & Appraisal and Training & Dev roles throughout the service career.
