Professional Experience: |
I have extensive experience in fieldwork, which I gathered as part of the Gandhi Fellowship programme in field-based work that tremendously boosted my knowledge particularly on issues related to education. Previously I was working with Siddha
Development Research and Consultancy as a Research Associate in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. My
work included analysing data, formulating factsheet, XForm designing, report writing, coordinating with different agencies and stakeholders, capacity building and conducting workshops. I was also part of a project wherein my responsibilities ranged from managing and coordinating an entire research team (for a media house, MRDS) on a day to day basis.
