• Handled modernisation projects as instructor in Army training school and Base Workshop (Dual role as a DGM Production and DGM Facility and Maintenance Management). Joined Army HQ as Technical Staff Officer and Procurement Advisor.
• Commanded a workshop in Leh and glaciated terrain and ensured execution of operations of depillaring, repair & relocating of guns in glacier from ice pillars formed during melting of ice in summers to ensure operational availability in 2006.
• Handling administration, training and discipline of 07 repair and 02 vehicle recovery detachment in Glaciated terrain.
• Head Workshop Repair Detachment during for execution of Rescue Operations and Demolition of Ruined buildings during Earth Quake in Gujarat in 2001

• Awarded best Operations Head in GVK EMRI in Year 2015-16.
• Successfully started six service vans throughout the state for scheduled services, inspection of 3800 ambulances in 75 districts on 6 routes.
• New Start up of 06 wksps of GVK EMRI for repairing ambulances in various zones of state from Jan 2016 to June 2016 and turned these into a successful venture. The recruitment of manpower, planning and procurement of equipment and execution of control mechanism to launch the workshops.
• Coordinated two days International seminar on Repair Management jointly organised by FICCI and Indian Army in 2012. Won Essay Writing and Speech Contest at National Level at Bal Bhawan, Delhi in 1984.
