Professional Experience:
Responsibilities assigned are summed up below:
• Responsible for account reconciliations and process adjustments for major bank
accounts, receiving donations and grants.
• Perform collection and activity reporting following established protocols, to tight
deadlines.
• Perform data entry.
• Responsible for applying cash receipts to customer accounts using Oracle
Database.
• Prioritizing accounts and workflow to meet management goals. Communicating
work in progress and final collection disposition to the appropriate A/R.
• Responsible for running the remittance programs of all bank accounts using
oracle database.
• Working in conjunction with the Credit Manager and assisting the Cash
Specialists as necessary to insure proper application of customer remittances.
• Preparing and maintaining customer account reconciliation schedules using
Oracle database.
• Preparing monthly reconciliation reports for management.
• Performed daily reconciliations.
• Been an important part of solving Audit queries related to Banking and collection.
Worked extensively on Tally.ERP 9 and gained practical accounting knowledge.
• Represented the firm and gained valuable experience in a variety of audit
assignments comprising of Statutory and Tax Audits for various class of clients.
• Undertaken various assignments which normally included compliance and review
in various operational areas of the organization such as accounting and finance,
internal control systems, statutory regulation etc.
• Exposed to E-TDS Returns, service tax computation, return filling and working on
CENVAT credit.
• Given other responsibilities including, but not limited to, providing consultancy
services to clients, vouching of various books of accounts, preparation of audit
program, analysis of draft financial statements, preparation of ITRs of various
class of clients and preparation and deposit of various tax challans e.g. GAR-7,
VAT challan etc., drafting audit reports as per CARO, 2003, analysis of revenue
booking system, analysis of debtors and creditors-aging, recovery period and
balance confirmation procedures and analysis of foreign exchange transactions.

Cleared ‘COMPANY SECRETARY Executive Programme’ exam held in Nov, 2015 with exemption in Cost &
Management Accounting, Economic & Commercial Laws, Taw Laws & Practices
and Industrial Labour & General Laws exams.

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY INTERMEDIATE Cleared IPCE held in May, 2011 with exemption in Accounting, Taxation and
Auditing & Assurance exams.

Graduated in 2012 from School of Open Learning, University of Delhi with a pass
percentage of 50%.

Graduated in 2008 with a pass percentage of 81.8%.

Successfully completed 100 hours of IT Training conducted by ICAI.
