My job responsibility is related to following topics: Safe Loading & Unloading of petroleum products, Fire Fighting, First Aid, Sampling& Safe handling of Petroleum products,FinancialManagement, Road safety, PPE’S, Static Electricity. It’s a Behaviour based Management SafetyTraining program
It’s a class room training program in which I provide the training through Laptop , Projector ,Speaker and Screen, in which I show them video clips and Power Point Presentation . I involveall participants in Activity and Role play, Role play which is logical and easily learnable.
Because of my good performance company allotted me three zones to cover for training program in North, North central, &North West.
