It uses the popular joint liability group methodology to reach out to poor households involved in wage labour and micro-enterprises in slums and rural areas.

Responsibilities:

? Territories Managed: Working as Vertical Head of Individual Lending (Micro and Small Enterprise lending).
? Spearheading a work force of 68 people to start with initial product launching; report to CEO.
? New product development of Individual Lending as a matter of overall- market survey, devising product development, process designing, developing forms and formats, man power planning, Recruitment & Training, Branch Expansion, Credit operation, controlling team and risk management.
? Will oversee channel management of Arohan in the state of West Bengal, Bihar, and Assam.
? Responsible for transforming each zone into major profit centers by defining the sales targets for each and deploying rigorous marketing strategies to develop business in changing market dynamics & stiff competition.
