Period: Feb 2010 till date.
Returned to India and set up a service apartment business to be run by my wife and currently consulting part time in Incorporating/setting up businesses in India for foreigners while looking for other opportunities.
Period: July 2006 to 01 Feb 2010.
Occupation: As Manager Administration-Finance for Premium Drilling Inc, an Oil drilling services management company based out of Houston. Initially worked in Chennai and then moved on with the company to Libya, Tunisia and Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Setting up operations and adhering to all statutory requirements. Identifying vendors and signing of contracts, setting up base office and warehouses and attending to all administrative matters.
Establishing systems & procedures for Rig and spares import / Export and transporting of rigs from country to country and overseeing of Accounts pertaining to Client Invoicing, Accounts Receivable and payable, budgeting and monitoring of expenses at location.
Adhering to all statutory regulations in the country of operation & Overseeing of all General shore based Administration including matters relating to Labor and Personnel (Recruiting, Training and all HR functions), Safety and Medical evacuation.

Occupation: Own company- Supply chain management. Based in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia; in Partnership with a Singapore based Company. Supply chain management and export of herbal raw materials to India for the Nutraceutical Industry while simultaneously exporting various Agricultural Equipment and Generators to West Africa. I also upgraded formal education with a Post Graduate Diploma in NGO Management.

Responsibilities:
Supply chain management/Overall Management of the business and ensuring Profitability (ROE) targets of the operations in these three West African countries are met.
Lastly based in Dakar; Senegal and managed supply chain management business Procuring and exporting Cashew, Sesame and Timber in these countries and importing, branding and marketing/distributing bulk Rice and dealing with various Government Ministries and handling all legal and corporate matters. Earlier, was responsible for the setting up of the business and the overall management and profitability of the Rubber business in Nigeria. Also set up a Rubber Processing facility and exported the end product to the UK, Europe and the USA.
