Professional Experience: |
Director and heading a Disease (Kala azar) elimination program sponsored by BMGF. Heading the operations of program and providing support to the government in achieving the elimination targets. The program performance has improved by 2 times in the last 2 years by proactive introduction of IT powered innovative monitoring tools, Human resource management, technical support, gap analysis and mitigation strategies, etc.
The scale up project started in 2013 and had to build the team of 300+ spread across 40 districts in 2 states. Strategizing the operations, liasoning with the government counter parts in Block, district and State level for coordination, setting up milestones, monitoring performances, coordination with donor and other stakeholders.
