• Performance Management:Oversight of personnel teams of the entire ship including personnel HR matters of leaves, trainings, career planning & more during command & training tenures.Oversaw re-fits of ships and optimisedmanagement of internal and external resources

Project Management: Coordinated with military agencies and port authorities as well as Dockyard authorities in Vishakhapatnam / Chennai on patrol warship’sre-fit and structural conversion project valued at INR 100 crore, and enabled timely execution in line with cost projections and design specifications
