Professional Experience:
Being a development professional has been a choice of career to serve my nation. 22 years of working on social and gender equity. 18 years of experience in leadership position working with a social enterprise as a member of the management team and leading their public relations and advocacy communications. Have led and managed community empowerment and mobilisation projects across the grassroots of 21 states of India. I have two cross cutting specialisations, communications and gender. I extend turn key communications solutions, designing and supporting rollout of Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC), HR communication capacity enhancement, developing organisation communication framework, SBCC campaign design, communication package plan and development, training package design and rollout. I support organisations in designing gender policy and framework, conducting systems assessments for gender responsiveness and equity, conducting stakeholder consultations for participatory systems evaluation.
