Professional Experience: |
• Started career in Dr. Reddy's Foundation, Hyderabad as a facilitator (Customer Relation and Sales academy) and moved to Centre Coordinator role - o My major contributions in DRF was to be a facilitator who provide quality training to youth for their livelihood options. o As a Centre Coordinator I was able to successfully set up and manage the centres to the level of DRF's quality and vision. • Got an opportunity to join HO as an executive in Quality Assurance Function and eventually promoted to lead the team. o While I was in that role, I got an opportunity to understand the strategy of the livelihood skill training programmes, was able to design, develop and implement various differentiated processes which helped the organisation in several ways. • Got an opportunity to coordinate the programmes; o Livelihoods Hub - an initiative by DRF to link unemployed youth to better livelihood opportunities through counseling o Patient Care Adviser Programme - an initative by DRF in collaboration with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories to enhance the knowledge and skills of the Nursing students in 'basic nephrology' and connect them to big hospitals to serve the kidney patients. • As an additional responsibility, I was given an opportunity to coordinate with Arbinger South East Asia and facilitate the workshops on a concept called 'Leadership and Self Deception' for all the senior level leaders, which subsequently cascaded across the organisation as a culture which improved the collaboration between among the leaders. I was certified by Arbinger Institute to deliver this programme. • Joined Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) in April 2016 to handle the CSR initiatives and other projects related to skill training. o Closely worked with the partners like: HPCL, GAIL, KPMG Services, CII, TMIe2E Academy and KCP Sugars to support them in both programme strategy and implementation for skill training initiatives. o Worked with Sector Skills Councils and NSDC to assess and monitor the skill training initiatives. • Currently, working with Care Institute of Health Sciences (CIHS), Hyderabad and handling the skill training initiatives in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh for various government projects.
Apart from above milestones, I have closely worked with various national and international stakeholders in community development initiatives mostly related to livelihood skilling. Working with wide range of stakeholders helped me to improve my knowledge and experience in grassroot level issues to resolve. Programmes like Sustainable rural initiatives like, Rural livelihood programme to understand the farming practices and helping them to understand the best practices to improve the farm productivity, less usage of pesticides, etc.
Having worked with senior level team members, beauracrates and corporates, I feel that, I can add value to the position being applied for.
