For the past nine years, I have played a leading role in the planning, designing, implementation, data collection, analysis, reporting and advocacy of research activities such as large scale programme evaluations and learning assessment surveys. Over the past few years, I have also extensively organized and managed wide ranging research programmes and courses. I have worked with government, bilateral and private organizations such as Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), Cambridge Education, Department for International Development (DFID) and Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER).

I completed my schooling (10+2) from St. Thomas’ School, Delhi. The discipline of study was Humanities. Schooling was followed by three years of graduation. I graduated from Kamala Nehru College (Delhi University) in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Graduation was followed by post graduation (two years) in Psychology. I hold a Masters’ degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University (Faculty of Arts, South Campus). My specialization was in the area of Clinical Psychology. I concluded my Masters’ in 2006. In 2007 December, I qualified the National Eligibility Test conducted by the National Educational Testing Bureau of the University Grants Commission. This test establishes the eligibility of the candidate for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) award and lectureship in Indian Colleges and Universities.
In 2007, I began professional work as a researcher. Since mid 2007, In keeping with my academic interests, I have taken up various roles and responsibilities. From 2007 to 2016, I have kept myself abreast with the trends and developments of the academic world. I have written and presented academic research papers at various conferences. This year I have commenced with my doctoral in the field of education from TISS Mumbai.
