A lawyer, engaged in human rights law for over 9 years. I am passionate about women's and child rights. I wish to work in the legal research and policy space.
I have a good command over English and I'm well acquainted with laws concerning women and children. I'm looking for a challenging opportunity in a rights-based organisation and could consider relocation for the right opportunity. |

I have 9+ years experience in legal research, advocacy and policy, having worked with the criminal justice system on issues of abuse and violence against women and children. I have worked with the legislative, executive and judicial arms of the state on issues concerning Trafficking in Persons and Child Rights. I have extensive experience in drafting policy and advocacy material including but not limited to concept notes, technical proposals, Standard Operating Procedures, Rules etc
I have been nominated to various state level committees for advising the Government and Judiciary in matters relating to Juvenile and Criminal justice over the last few years.
