I have been working at the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change (CSBC), Ashoka University since 2018. I am currently a Senior Program Manager in the Behavioural Design and Impact team. My work involves daily project management, developing programme strategies, designing interventions, developing analytical frameworks for presenting insights, stakeholder management, budget management, financial reporting to donors, conducting primary and secondary research, designing experimental research protocols, as well as creating high-quality knowledge products.
