Professional Experience: |
I have work experience in a variety of sectors. Over the last few years I have spent some time at an Experience Design firm helping make a website. I have worked at Macmillan Publishing House doing Editing, proofreading and marketing work. I also had a stint at the Kenan Institute Asia in Bangkok researching Microfinance and Science and Technology initiatives by the Government of India with a view to find where there was space for the Thai Government to Co-operate. More recently, I interned United Nations ESCAP in the Social Development Division and worked on research and monitoring and evaluation for the Ageing and Income-support teams. I also volunteered at Plan International Thailand for two months. Most recently, I spent 7 months at a communications consultancy called Astrum.

Completed my Masters in International Relations from Webster University in Thailand studying Human Rights, Development Issues and Diplomacy among other things. My thesis was an exploration of whether it is in India's strategic interest to pursue Nuclear Energy as a viable way of meeting India's growing energy needs. My Undergraduate studies were completed at St.Stephen's College of Delhi University in English Literature.
