• Supervised a team of 5 senior and junior level professionals and handled their activities also took reports from them on a regular basis • Established and spearheaded account and finance unit and set up Management information system (MIS) to collect information of our 8000 outreached family • Budget holder of the project “Women Farmers in vegetable value chain" funded by LWR (Lutheran World Relief). The budget of the project is INR 25 million • Anchored Multi- dimensional and more than one projects at the same time as a Senior Executive and spearheaded a small team of two professional and 8 to 10 Subject Matter Specialist and Para-Professional • Recorded around 60 success stories of farm and off farm farmers whilst working on the project Digital Green (Funding Agency: BMGF) o Groomed around 30 women trainer who can efficiently utilized Pico projector and disseminate such audio visual case studies in the nearby SHGs • Successfully accomplished fruit plantation with 300 tribal families and 125 Ha of land; this was a WADI plantation funded by NABARD. Mobilized the land in tribal community is accomplishment to cherish • Meticulously implemented irrigation project by successfully mobilizing the tribal community and implemented over 250 ponds with the same number of tribal families o This resulted in achieving first time non-monsoon crop from the land for the Tribal • Formed Women Self-help group and implementing livelihood (Farm and Off Farm) through the non-negotiable process / approach of my current organization, received promotion and worked with 200 women SHGs • Successfully helped over 2000 Women farmers to increase their overall livelihood status by significantly building the capacity of farmers around different scientific techniques of crop production • Imparted more than 600 training to 9000 (Gross) women farmers over three years
