Professional Experience:
A leader is expected to lead the team, maximise their potential and facilitate high performing teams ,In majority of the roles I have successfully lead ,motivated ,developed the teams to perform to best of their potential. I have lead existing teams and also setup up teams. In fact, since younger days, I have been in the cricket team and have been the captain of my team and also organised various sports and cultural events.
Building Relations between key stakeholders has been my strength and has helped me to perform well in my roles. Representing NEN (Wadhwani Foundation initiative ) in the region and building and maintaining relations in the region to implement NEN programmes and ensuring that the vision and mission of the organisation is achieved ,was my primary responsibility at NEN.
Operationalising the strategies and programme management have been a part and parcel of my role at ISARD, NEN, Elements Akademia and NIIT also. Ensuring adherence to the policies, systems, standards and procedures was the bare minimum expectation of all organisations I have worked for and I have been successful in doing so.
I have experience of Programme planning including budget and financial planning both at Non Profit organisations (ISARD, NEN) and For Profit organisations like NIIT, Elements Akademia.
Working with ISARD and NEN has given me good exposure to Non Profit Sector working. Being a part of the Rotary Club has also given me a lot of learnings in the field of social welfare and in implementing and organising various programmes for the development and welfare of the society.
